TÅG, meaning ‘train’ in Swedish, stands for Tourism, Art, and Gastronomy. Inspired by the tradition of Swedish art museums, where high-quality cafés, restaurants, and bistros have long been a staple, TÅG aims to blend gastronomic expertise with the world of art and museums, adapting its menu to the unique setting.
The concept of TÅG is inspired by the imagery of train journeys, as reflected in the design by architect Luigi Fragola, who also created the museum’s interiors. Just as a train traverses distant landscapes, TÅG’s menu journeys through diverse cultures and cuisines, blending flavors and cooking techniques inspired by steam. The culinary ‘fusion’ approach embraces creativity and innovation, offering a contemporary menu that moves at the pace of its visitors. TÅG is a place that completes the HZERO experience through discovery.
