Model-making courses for kids: educational programs offered by the HZERO museum
TRANSMITTING THE PASSION FOR RAILWAY MODELING
As part of its educational offering, the HZERO museum has developed a short model-making course designed for two age groups, children between the ages of 5 and 8 and youngsters between the ages of 9 and 13, during which the young model makers will try their hand at making a small diorama, followed step by step by HZERO’s experienced model makers.
It will be fun to explore all the techniques and make a small miniature landscape, thus helping them make a small world they imagined real!
One Day Lab Kids
‘The short-format workshop is back for kids, now with two separate age groups (5–8 years and 9–13 years) to allow children and teens to participate together.
Guided by the museum’s expert staff and accompanied by at least one adult, participants will work on creating a miniature landscape. It will be a fun experience, building, gluing, and painting to bring to life the tiny world they have imagined!
Due to the nature of the tools and materials used (glue, precision pliers, brushes), each child must be accompanied by an adult for the entire activity.
