For those reaching Florence by Frecciarossa, Frecciargento, Intercity or Regional trains, there are discounts on tickets purchased exclusively at the museum’s ticket office.

CartaFRECCIA members who reach Florence by Frecciarossa and Frecciargento can take advantage of:
– 2×1 offer
– reduced admission to 9 euro
– 50% discount on family packages

X-GO members reaching Florence by Intercity or Regional can take advantage of:
– reduced admission to 9 euro
– 30% discount on family packages

CartaFreccia and X-GO holders who access the museum by taking advantage of the benefits described above are dedicated to the “Skip the Line” service.

How to get the discount

To obtain the discount, the ticket must be purchased exclusively at the Museum’s ticket office upon presentation of the train ticket and one’s CartaFRECCIA or X-GO card.

CartaFRECCIA members who travel to Florence with a Frecciarossa or Frecciargento ticket, with travel date in the period within 3 days prior to the date of entry to the Museum, benefit from:

– 2×1 offer
– reduced admission to 9 euro instead of 14 euro
– 50% discount on family packages (all group members must have a Frecciarossa or Frecciargento train ticket with destination Florence with travel date in the same day of the museum visit)

X-GO members who travel to Florence and are in possession of:

– a Regional ticket at fare 40 or with supra-regional application in effect and valid to reach Florence on the day of entry to the Museum;
– a 1st class Plus or 2nd class Easy Intercity ticket in effect and valid to reach Florence on the day of entry to the Museum;
– a 1st class Plus or 2nd class Easy Intercity ticket, Intercity Night ticket (Basic – Easy seat, Comfort berth, Deluxe – Relax bed carriage) with destination Florence and with date of travel in the period encompassed within the 3 days preceding the date of entry to the Museum.
– a Regional ticket (at fare 39 or even with supra-regional application) with destination Florence and with date of travel in the period included in the 3 days prior to the date of entry to the Museum.
