There are many discounts available for visiting the miniature train museum. In addition to reduced rates and partnerships with various organizations, family packages and annual memberships are also offered. Tickets can be purchased both online and at the ticket office—find the pricing option that suits your needs.
Discounts and Benefits
Free Admission
Free admission is granted to children up to 4 years old, visitors with disabilities plus one companion, and tour guides.
Reduced Admission
Reduced admission is available for young people aged 14 to 18, seniors over 65, FAI members, Italian Touring Club members, Rinascente Card holders, Autolinee Toscane subscription holders (weekly, monthly, quarterly, 10-month, and annual), and visitors with tickets to the Ferragamo Museum or the Pietrarsa Museum.
Trenitalia Discounts
For CartaFRECCIA holders with a Frecciarossa or Frecciargento ticket to Florence, the following discounts are available: 2×1 admission, offering two tickets for the price of one if you have a train ticket with a travel date no more than three days prior to the museum entry date; reduced ticket price at €8 if you have a train ticket dated no more than three days before the museum entry date; and a 50% discount on the family ticket if all group members have train tickets dated the same day as the museum visit.
For Regional Subscription holders valid for travel to Florence and X-GO holders with an Intercity, Intercity Night, or Regional train ticket to Florence, the following discounts are available: reduced ticket price at €8 if you have a train ticket dated no more than three days before the museum entry date or a valid subscription on the day of entry; and a 30% discount on the family ticket if all group members have train tickets dated the same day as the museum visit or have a valid subscription on the day of entry.
Discounts are applied at the museum ticket office only upon presentation of your train ticket or subscription, along with your CartaFRECCIA or X-GO (where required).

- 2 adults + 1 under 18: €29
- 2 adults + 3 under 18: €41
Groups
For groups of 8 or more people, the ticket price is €9 + €1 for mandatory booking.
