Services

 

Wardrobe

There is a free wardrobe service available for visitors to store bags and backpacks in special lockers with key.

 

Bookshop

The Museum includes a special bookshop providing a selection of books, merchandising and toys related to the world of trains.

 

Restrooms

Restrooms reserved to visitors with motor disabilities are located at the ground floor. Two other restrooms are available on the first floor.

 

Changing Table

A releasable changing table is available at the first ground restrooms.

 

Guided Tours

It is possible to organize guided tour inside the Museum, by contacting the Info Point at least 24 hours before the visit.

 

Family Activities 

HZERO offers a selection of activities and labs conceived for families with children of varios age range. Further information here.

 

Accessibility

The access ramp is located at the Museum entrance on the left. An elevator is available to access the first floor from the model railway hall.
An electric wheelchair with a raised seat of 30 cm is available to the public.

 

Pets

Pets, even of small size, are not allowed inside the Museum space, apart from the guide dogs assisting the visually impaired visitors.

 

Food and beverages

It is not allowed to introduce food and beverages inside the Museum spaces.
