Workshops for Children in Florence: A Journey with the HZERO Museum
HZERO Family is a workshop program for children that HZERO offers to all families, centered on the theme of travel with its strong evocative and imaginative potential.
Visit the museum through an activity designed to be shared with all family members, discovering the model railway through games, explorations, and treasure hunts. The workshops, titled “Imaginary Journeys,” are led by a museum educator from the L’Immaginario association and are always divided by age groups: 3–6 years and 7–10 years.
Workshops for children aged 3 to 6 focus on storytelling, play, and theatrical activities as different ways of engaging. Workshops for children aged 7 to 10 provide more opportunities for observation and reflection, with some activities conducted as a group and others in family units.
All participants—children and adults alike—are immersed in the experience of the visit and the workshop activity, traveling with their minds, bodies, and hearts.

More than just workshops, these are true model making courses for young people who want to test their skills by building a small diorama. Participants will delve into the main techniques of modeling and landscaping, guided step by step by our specialized staff.
